Sanitation Department

The City Sanitation Department is made up of nine employees and is under the direction of Vincent Inlow. This department is responsible for the removal of garbage and yard debris. Yard debris removal is for residential customers only and should consist of only leaves, limbs and yard clippings. A call to our Public Services office is always a big help to get a yard debris removal scheduled. Garbage removal is both residential and commercial and covers everything from rapid rail containers to dumpsters and roll-off containers. We also manage our City of Bainbridge Transfer Station located at 1005 Avenue C, Bainbridge, GA 39819. For more information on how to rent a roll-off container for junk removal or any other service please contact our Public Services Department. This office can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (229) 248-2014.
